Evan & Molly were married October 21, 2011 at St. Cecelia Music Center and their reception was held downtown Grand Rapids at the B.O.B. It was a perfect fall day and I just loved getting to take pictures downtown. Brendan Richard was born October 7, 2011. He weighed 9 lbs. 5 oz. He’s pretty photogenic:) just like his Big Sister Helena. We had a great session but I felt a little sad because I know my cousin Christy wanted to be there taking his pictures (she has done lots of Helena’s pictures but she lives in Tennessee now) I hope you enjoy some of my favorite shots: Congratulation Kevin & Erica!

I had a great morning two weeks ago (yes I’m behind on my blog posts!) taking pictures of Brooklynn, McKenna & Oakley (You might remember Brooklynn & McKenna from their session last year before their brother was born and Oakley’s newborn session:) They had the cutest little outfits and smiled so good for pictures. Mike & Liesje were married September 17, 2011 at the First Reformed Church in Holland, Michigan. (You might remember them from their engagement session here) Their reception was held at Baker Lofts. I just loved all the orange in this wedding:) Shoes, flowers, and decorations were all beautiful, as were the bride and her EIGHT bridesmaids (I think this is the biggest bridal party I’ve ever had)! Dave and Stef were married September 10, 2011 at the English Hills Country Club in Grand Rapids, MI. It was just a perfect sunny day. Stef had a beautiful dress and jewelry custom made by her sister Shannon (who I went to college with:) They had a sweet cupcake display and amazing favors (oreo truffles and chocolate covered coconut… two of my favorite treats in one bag, yum!) Keith and Sarah are getting married June 23, 2012. I’m pretty excited they are my first 2012 wedding that I booked! We took their engagement pictures in Detroit. The Riverwalk is beautiful I couldn’t believe I had never been there. Keith and Sarah are one of those couples that just smile at each other all the time:). They met online, but met in person right after their first encounter and it was meant to be. They are big sports fans so we went to Comerica Park and also took some sweet pictures by the Fillmore and Fox Theatre’s. Here are just a few of my favorite pictures:

Braden & Bradi were married Saturday July 30, 2011 at the beautiful Timberlee Hills in Traverse City, Michigan. I was so excited to go to Traverse City to shoot a wedding! Tyler & Chelsea {Wedding}

Tyler and Chelsea were married Saturday July 23, 2011 at Sparta Baptist Church. They met at Friday night volleyball at their church and have been together ever since:) It was a wonderful day! Justin and Michelle were married last Saturday June 25, 2011 at the Kalamazoo Country Club in Kalamazoo, MI. Michelle put so many beautiful details into this amazing day. Her flowers were gorgeous (and so was she!), she had a yellow themed candy buffet, they released doves during the ceremony, and had guests throw pom poms as they came down the aisle… and so much more. Tom & Sarah were married on June 18, 2011 at Beechwood Church in Holland, Michigan and their reception was held just down the road at the Yacht Basin Conference Center. It was just a beautiful day and I was so excited Sarah had orange and purple for her colors! (I love orange:) I could not get over how many cute little kids were at this wedding, probably half my pictures I wanted to post were of the kids but I tried to balance in a little bit of everything from this special day. Congratulations Tom and Sarah!

Jake & Amber {Wedding}

Jake and Amber were married Saturday June 4, 2011 at the Mill Creek Barn in Watervliet, MI. (Click here to see their engagement session) Pretty sure this is my most favorite wedding location ever! It was a hot hot day, but that could not take away from it’s beauty! Amber was just an amazing bride, and put so many special touches into her wedding. I was just in love with the flowers from Tracy Park Design and I could ramble on about each and every detail, the shoes, the jewelry, the wildflower seeds, the thumbprint tree… and I have about 20 more pictures I want to include but this post is getting too long! Sisters

These three beautiful ladies are sisters: Eileen, Jennifer & Sarah. Eileen and Jennifer are both pregnant and due just a couple weeks apart:) We took our pictures downtown Grand Rapids and it was perfect. They were so fun to be around and had lots of cute ideas.
